Unlike ordinary ghee, our A2 Bilona Desi Gir Cow Ghee is produced using the traditional curd-churning method mentioned in Ayurveda. This slow and natural process helps maintain the nutritional value and enhances the health benefits of the ghee.

Traditional Bilona Method Process

The fresh A2 milk from Gir cows is first converted into curd using natural cultures. The curd is then churned using the traditional wooden Bilona to separate butter from the curd. This butter is slowly heated to produce pure A2 Bilona Desi Gir Cow Ghee. Approximately 30 litres of A2 milk are used to produce 1 litre of high-quality ghee.
